St. Charles, MO

The St. Louis Ambush defeated the Cedar Rapids Rampage 12-7 in a pre-season match Saturday night at the Family Arena. Ambush Head Coach Daryl Doran used a roster comprised of players signed for the 2015-16 along with players who are hopeful of landing a roster spot. One of those hopefuls, Ian Garrett, was hard to ignore as he tallied four goals and two assists for St. Louis. Other goals for the Ambush came from Lucas Almeida, Kory Dowell, and two each from Ross MacGregor, Elvir Kafedzic and Mike Utley.

The Ambush have one more pre-season game scheduled prior to their November 14 start of the 2015-16 MASL regular season. On Friday, October 30, the expansion Rampage will get a chance to avenge Saturday’s loss when they host the Ambush in Cedar Rapids. The new season begins Saturday, November 14 when the Ambush host the Chicago Mustangs at 4:35 p.m. at the Family Arena.

Season tickets are now on sale and start at just $100. Single-game tickets will go on sale later this month. Call the Ambush office at 636-477-6363 for more information.
