AMBUSH ADD JEN WUNDER TO FRONT OFFICE STAFF
St. Charles, Missouri (October 24, 2025) – The St. Louis Ambush have added Jen Wunder to their front office, the organization announced today. Wunder will fill the role of Assistant General Manager of Business Operations; helping lead the organization’s efforts to connect fans, partners, and the community.
Jen most recently served as Director of Promotions and Digital Strategy, and later as Interim General Manager, for the O’Fallon Hoots baseball club. At the Hoots, she oversaw social media, in-game entertainment, sponsorship activation, and intern development. Her previous experience includes directing promotions and community engagement for the Gateway Grizzlies Baseball, growing Lindenwood Athletic fundraising efforts in their D1 era, running around with Louie at the St. Louis Blues for eight seasons, and supporting national-scale events such as Super Bowl LV and the NHL All-Star FanFairs.
In May 2025, Jen earned her MFA in Interdisciplinary Media Arts from Lindenwood University. Her research explored how art and sports entertainment intersect to create meaningful fan experiences. Known for her creativity, leadership, and enthusiasm, she brings a dynamic approach to every project—blending innovation and community connection to make sports more engaging, inclusive, and memorable.
Upon joining the Ambush organization, Jen said, “My first memorable sporting event as a kid was an indoor soccer game. I went with my cousins as a reward for good grades. It was an epic experience with electric energy and community pride. I believe that is where my passion for working in sports was born. For me, this is a full circle moment joining the St. Louis Ambush staff in sharing soccer with our community. I am super pumped to be part of such a supportive team. I cannot wait to see what we will accomplish together this season!”
Ambush General Manager, Business Operations David Schmoll said, “I’m excited to have Jen join us at the Ambush. She has had a tremendous amount of success building a fan base and I know our fans are going to love getting to know her and seeing the new content.”
The Ambush will kick off their 13th season when they host the Missouri rival Kansas City Comets at The Family Arena on Black Friday, November 28. Season tickets for the 2025-26 season are now on sale. Call the Ambush office at 636-477-6363 for more information.
