AMBUSH ANNOUNCE FOURTH 2026-27 THEME NIGHT

St. Charles, Missouri (July 17, 2026) – The St. Louis Ambush have announced their fourth home date and theme night for the 2026-27 regular season. Women and Girls in Sports Night is slated for Saturday, December 12, 2026 at the Family Arena.

That night, the Ambush will honor the accomplishments of women and girls in sports on and off the field. The event will include a pregame panel that will feature inspiring women working in sports who will share their career experiences and insights.

Additionally, the Ambush will partner with the Wonder Women of Wrestling Foundation (WWOF) with a pregame presentation of trophies to the participants of their December 11-12 varsity tournament. The WWOF is an organization based in St. Louis, dedicated to empowering women through the sport of wrestling. They develop wrestling tournaments that provide high level competition for women wrestlers of all skill levels and to provide higher learning opportunities through scholarships. The WWOF seeks to promote the growth and development of the sport and its participants. With their commitment to empowering women both on and off the mat, this foundation is making a significant impact in the world of wrestling and beyond. Previously, the Ambush announced their home opener, slated for Black Friday, November 27, 2026. That date will also feature the return of the popular Star Wars Night and fans will have the chance to buy a Chik-fil-A four pack of four meals (sandwich, fries and a drink) and four tickets for only $90, brought to you by the Chik-fil-A located at 2020 Zumbehl Road in St. Charles. On Sunday, December 20, youth teams from the St. Louis Youth Soccer Association will have their trophies presented by Ambush players, That date will also be the team’s second annual Military Appreciation Night. Veterans and their families will have access to discounted tickets for the December 20 Ambush game. The game will also feature the second Teddy Bear Toss. Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used stuffed animals to the game. When the Ambush score their first goal, fans will throw those stuffed toys onto the turf and they will be collected and donated to Toys for Tots. The team also announced the annual New Year’s Eve Kids Bash, set for December 31, 2026, which features a balloon drop after the game.

When the Ambush return to action in November, they will resume their quest for the Ron Newman Cup, following a 2025-26 season where they made it to the semifinals. With many of the roster’s key players signed and ready to go, the foundation for another thrilling season is in place.
