AMBUSH HOST MILWAUKEE SUNDAY

St. Charles, Missouri (March 5, 2023) – The St. Louis Ambush host the Milwaukee Wave Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 4:05 p.m. CST at The Family Arena in St. Charles.

Sunday’s game is the fifth of six meetings between the Ambush and Wave slated for the 2022-23 regular season. Milwaukee won the four previous encounters. Sunday’s match is the only one of the weekend for the Ambush and is the second game of the weekend for Milwaukee, who hosted the Florida Tropics Saturday night.

The Ambush last played on Sunday, February 26, when they fell 4-2 to the Chihuahua Savage. The Ambush are 2-3 in their last five games. Milwaukee defeated Florida 7-5 Saturay night and are also 2-5 in their last three games.

Both teams are dealing with a slew of injuries or illnesses that may affect player availability for Sunday’s game. The Ambush have eight players listed on their injury report, while Milwaukee came into the weekend with six players on the list.

Following Sunday’s contest, the Ambush have six regular season games remaining. Of those six, four games are against the top two teams in their division and four of the six are on the road. Their next game is Sunday, March 12 at 4:05 p.m. CST when they visit the Harrisburg Heat. The final two home games of the season are Friday, March 17 and Sunday March 19.
