AMBUSH HOST ONTARIO, TACOMA THIS WEEKEND

St. Charles, MO (March 4, 2021) – The St. Louis Ambush (6-6) have a busy weekend coming up, hosting the Ontario Fury (4-1) on Friday at 7:35 p.m. CST, followed by a visit from the Tacoma Stars (2-4) Sunday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. CST. Both games are at Axius Field at the Family Arena.

The Ambush won both games against the San Diego Sockers last weekend and are hoping to ride that momentum into the final month of the 2021 MASL regular season. Ontario is holding on to the top spot in the standings and are coming off their first loss of the season on February 21 to the Florida Tropics. Tacoma defeated the Kansas City Comets in their last outing on February 22. In head-to-head matchups this season, the Ambush are 0-2 against the Fury and 1-0 against Tacoma.

With March being the final month of the MASL regular season, all three teams will be jockeying for a favorable finish in the standings with an eye on a potential postseason berth. The league is expected to announce playoff details soon.

After this weekend’s action, the Ambush will close out the regular season at home when the Dallas Sidekicks invade the Family Arena Friday, March 12 at 7:35 p.m. CST.
