AMBUSH TRADE ST. LOUIS

After signing with the Ambush prior to the start of the season, Stefan St. Louis has been traded to the Milwaukee Wave in exchange for cash considerations, the team announced today. St. Louis played 9 games with the Ambush this season, tallying 6 goals and 6 assists.

“This was a difficult decision, but a move we felt we had to make,” said Ambush owner Andrew Haines. “We really like Stefan and appreciate all he has done for us both on and off the field, and he will have a great opportunity with the Wave.”

Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Haines noted that he anticipated additional transactions this week.

“Our roster is always in transition,” said Haines. “We have not given up on this season and anticipate having more news later in the week.”
