Ambush, Vetta Sports Renew Partnership

St. Charles, MO (November 9, 2018) – The St. Louis Ambush professional indoor soccer club have renewed their partnership with Vetta Sports for the sixth consecutive season, Ambush CEO Shelly Clark announced today.

Vetta Sports has been offering sports programs for kids and adults in a fun and safe environment since 1988. The roots of Vetta Sports Club began with their Soccerdome facility in Webster Groves and have sprouted a cooperative of indoor sports facilities that make up Vetta Sports Clubs. With five locations throughout the St. Louis area, Vetta Sports is a growing company focused on customer service and customer experience.Vetta Sports is named after owners Pete and John Spanos' Grandmother, Vetta. You will see a picture of Yaya Vetta at every location.

Since the Ambush’s inaugural season (2013-14), Vetta Sports St. Charles has been the official practice facility of the team, the site of annual tryouts each season, and has even hosted a few preseason exhibition games. Clark values the club’s partnership with Vetta saying, “I want to thank Vetta for their continued support. We are going into our sixth year of partnership with them and we wouldn't be where we are today without their support and the use of their excellent facility in St. Charles. Tim Jennings and his staff have been absolutely wonderful and we value our relationship with Vetta Sports.”

The Ambush kick off their 2018-19 campaign with road games on November 30 at Orlando, December 1 at Florida and December 8 at Harrisburg. The upcoming season will consist of 24 games, with all 12 home games being played at the Family Arena in St. Charles. The home opener is slated for Sunday, December 16 at 3:05 p.m. CT when the Ambush host the Kansas City Comets. Season tickets are now on sale and start as low as $150 for all 12 home games.

Prior to the regular season, the Ambush have scheduled two preseason games. They will host the Dallas Sidekicks at 3:05 p.m. on November 18 at the Family Arena as part of the free annual Fan Fest, then host the Comets at 6:00 p.m. on November 24 at the Dellwood Recreation Center, where all tickets will be only five dollars.
